Cannot download files from within iFrame Gadgets in Internet Explorer
Problem
When embedding external and iGrafx Platform pages via the iFrame Gadget on any Dashboard, downloading External Files or exporting diagrams, etc., is not possible.
Solution
This is a known limitation of Internet Explorer 11, and currently there is no safe way to resolve this within the browser. Our suggested workaround is to use a safe and currently-supported browser (Chrome, Chromium Edge, or Firefox) in order to download files from within iFrame Gadgets.
