Enable Tomcat Monitor Service icon in system tray

The following description only applies to Windows.

Tomcat Monitor Service (TMS) is an icon in the system tray. 

It provides quick access to start/stop service. Additionally, the tomcat7w.exe Configuration utility can be accessed.

Create a shortcut with following target.

[Origins-Folder]\apache-tomcat-7.0.42\bin\tomcat7w.exe //MS//[Service Name]

e.g. C:\ICE\apache-tomcat-7.0.42\bin\tomcat7w.exe //MS//Tomcat7

Put the shortcut in your Autostart folder to automatically load TMS on startup.
