How to Mass Create Resources from Users

You want to create repository resources (person) from the login users you imported from your Active Directory?

Step-by-step guide​

  1. Go to the Configuration area, and click Resources: image2016-3-22 18:48:29.png

  2. Click the ‘User to Resource Linking’ page: image2016-3-22 18:48:45.png

  3. Click the ‘Unlinked’ button image2016-3-22 18:49:58.png

  4. Click the ‘Link Resources’ button: image2016-3-22 18:50:10.png

  5. Click ‘Add Resources for Unmatched’ button: image2016-3-22 18:50:20.png

  6. Choose the location for the new resources to be created: image2016-3-22 18:50:33.png

  7. Click the ‘Link Users to Resources’ button. image2016-3-22 18:50:41.png

  8. Your newly linked resources are listed: image2016-3-22 18:50:50.png

You may delete any Resources that you didn’t intend to link together w/a user in the Model area.
