If you want to move from one SQL Server Instance or Machine to another the following steps may be useful to you.
The pages in the Configuration section allow users with repository administrator privileges to customize various aspects of a repository and items within it.
Problem
The Control settings can be changed in the repository configuration and requires the user to have the Manage Control Configuration permission.
To access the Repository Configuration area, Customization page you must be assigned a Repository Role granting Manage Repository permission. See for more information.
To access the Repository Configuration area, Cycle Groups page you must be assigned a Repository Role granting Manage Repository permission. See for more information.
To access the Repository Configuration area, Item Properties page you must be assigned a Repository Role granting Manage Repository permission. See for more information.
To access the Repository Configuration area, Resources page you must be assigned a Repository Role granting Manage Repository permission. See for more information.
After you deployed the iGrafx Platform to your application server or started the pre-deployed service you may consider some additional steps.
