A Glossary object consists of one or more Terms, where each Term has a corresponding definition, purpose, or other type of explanation you may want to enter for the Term. The Term itself is also an object. You can define multiple glossaries in your repository; for example, you may create a glossary consisting of terms/concepts relevant to an entire organization, to a specific department (e.g., Human Resources), or a specific Line of Business.
Properties
To access the Repository Configuration area, Item Properties page you must be assigned a Repository Role granting Manage Repository permission. See for more information.
Objects in the enterprise model have standard properties that are assigned to them at creation and other milestones. They can also have custom properties defined for them that can be set manually and required at check-in. These properties are viewable on the Item Properties tab of the object's page in the enterprise model.
